Strawberry Sauce

   In a food processor, slightly puree thawed berries and juice.

   Transfer to a medium saucepan.

   Add sugar, cornstarch, and orange juice to saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

   Reduce heat to medium and stir until thickened and juices are clear, about 2 minutes.

   Remove from heat and stir in fresh berries and liqueur, if using.

   Let cool before serving.
