   In a large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter uncovered on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for 15-30 seconds longer if needed. Stir and mix in vanilla. In a large gallon ziploc bag, add powdered sugar and gelatin. Shake to mix up. Add the cereal to the chocolate and mix to coat. Add the chocolate-coated cereal to the ziploc bag and shake until all cereal is covered in powdered sugar. Spread on wax paper and cool for about 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
