Strawberry grahm cake

   For the filling: put the cream on the freezer for an hour.

   In a bowl, beat the cream and vanilla using a hand mixer, when soften, add the powdered sugar.

   Layer the graham cracker and fill it with the cream mixture and slices of fresh strawberry

   Cook the remaining strawberry in a pan.

   Add water and a dash of sugar until soften.

   You can top it with chocolate ganache ar ice cream.

   If you dont want strawberry you can use any kind of fruit that you like.
