Strawberry Cream Pie

   In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, mixing until well blended. Set aside.

   Mash 1 cup of strawberries with a fork and stir it into the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.

   In a medium-sized bowl using a mixer with the beater attachment, whip the cream and confectioner's sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold this into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon into the prepared pie crust.

   Chill several hours or overnight. Garnish with additional strawberries just before serving!
