Strawberry-Cream Cake

   Heat oven to 350F.

   Reserve 7 strawberries for garnish; mash remaining berries.

   Beat next 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended.

   Add 1 cup mashed berries; mix well.

   Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.

   Bake 30 min.

   or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.

   Cool cakes in pans 10 min.

   Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.

    Meanwhile, drain remaining mashed strawberries.

    Spoon frosting into medium bowl.

    Add mashed berries; mix well.

    Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended.

    Stack cake layers on plate, filling and frosting with COOL WHIP mixture.

    Garnish with reserved strawberries.
