Preheat the oven to 325 F. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a baking pan. I used an oval-shaped pan this time, but I've made it in a 9x11 pan as well with just as delicious results.

In a large bowl stir together the flour, oats, honey, and cinnamon until well blended. Add the butter and, using your hands, mix until the mixture forms large, coarse crumbs. Set aside half of the mixture.

Press the other half of the mixture onto the bottom of the baking pan. Evenly spread the strawberries over the crumb mixture; sprinkle the rest of the crumb mixture on top of the strawberries. Put the dish into the oven and bake until the top is lightly browned (40-50 minutes). Enjoy hot, warm, or cold; with ice-cream, milk, or by itself!
