Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crust ingredients together with a fork in a small bowl. Save out 1/2 cup of this mixture for the topping. Press the rest into the bottom of an 8x8 glass baking dish. Bake the crust for 12 minutes and allow to cool slightly.

Beat cream cheese and splenda until smooth and creamy. Add in egg substitute, lemon juice, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour filling on top of the crust. Put the sugar free jam into a small microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds just to liquify the jam somewhat. WIth a spoon, drizzle the jam over top of the filling. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup reserved crust over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until set and topping is lightly browned. When cool, cut into 12-16 bars.
