Strawberry Bread

   Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.

   Sift together flour, salt, tartar and soda.

   Add jam and sour cream (mixed) alternately with dry ingredients, beating until well combined.

   Stir in nuts. Bake at 350u00b0 in two greased loaf pans for 50 to 55 minutes.
