Strawberry Agua Fresca

   Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor until it's nice and smooth. Then place a strainer sifter over a bowl or pitcher. Force the puree through a fine mesh strainer (I used a sifter) to get rid of all the seeds.

   Pour seedless puree into the 2 1/2 cups water and add the lime juice and sugar.

   Stir well so sugar dissolves. Garnish with additional lime slices and serve.
