Strata Sandwich

   Trim crust from bread; butter 1 side of each slice of bread. Put in a 5 x 5 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish, butter side down.

   Top with cheese and ham; place remaining bread slice on top, butter side up.

   In bowl, beat together eggs, milk, mustard and a dash of salt and pepper.

   Pour evenly over sandwich.

   Cook on Medium-low or Power 3 (3%) for 9 minutes until egg mixture is set,

   giving dish a quarter turn every 2 minutes.

   Let stand 5 minutes.
