Stove Top Roast Beef – a delicious recipe with round roast, coffee, water, rosemary, oregano, basil. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

3 lb. eye of round roast
2 c. strong brewed coffee
1 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt
pepper
4 Tbsp. oil

In a dutch oven, brown roast beef in oil. Sprinkle the rosemary on roast. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat to a low simmer and cover. Cook for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Check for liquid level and add water as needed. A very tender roast!!!
