Stove Top Cookies

   Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in a saucepan.

   Cook until mixture begins to boil.

   Remove from heat and cook 1 minute. Add vanilla, salt, peanut butter and oats.

   Stir well and drop by teaspoon on wax paper.

   Let cool.
