Storing Ground Meat in the Freezer

   Finely chop the onion, and slowly saute until caramelised.

   Use a high heat first, and turn it down to low after the onions are cooked through.

   Then add the ground meat, and break it up while cooking, until it becomes crumbly.

   Once cooked, transfer it to a tray and leave to cool.

   Once cooled, divide it into your desired amount, and wrap in cling film.

   Store in the freezer.

   You can easily make meat sauce with your stored meat..
