   Boil the gourmet pasta in accordance with instructions.

   Usually in 8 to 10 cups of water, moderately salted.

   Cook it until it tastes done but is not too soft.

   While waiting, combine honey and olive oil until well mixed and flavor of honey stays strong.

   Salt and pepper a little.

   Drain and the pasta.

   Which means run it under cool water for about 1 minute to stop the cooking process.

   Gourmet or hand-made pastas cook quickly and continue to cook after being drained.

   Let the pasta continue to cool for about 15 or so minutes.

    Chipotle pasta is smoky hot and you want to be sure how this will taste for flavoring.

    Pour the honey oil over the pasta and mix gently but completely.
