1 Idaho Potato
1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup
1 garlic powder
1 Seasoned Salt
1 olive oil cooking spray
2 cup Rice
1 sunflower nuts
cup milk

Cut potato into wedges.

Sprinkle with below stuff.

Bake 15 minutes at 450.

Cook rice in cooker same time as potato.

Cut below ingredients and cook on skillet on medium heat.
