   Thaw rabbit.

   Cut into serving size pieces.

   Simmer giblets in saucepan in 2 cups of water.

   Slice and dice salt pork.

   Brown salt pork over medium-high heat.

   Brown the rabbit pieces in the pork fat; be careful of spattering fat.

   This will take 10 to 15 minutes.

   Add liquid from saucepan.

   Put in Dutch oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 300u00b0 to 350u00b0.
