Steve's Potato Salad

   While potatoes are boiling combine rest of ingredients except eggs together in a small bowl to make the dressing.

   When potatoes are tender, drain, and put in a large bowl.

   While potatoes are still warm add dressing mixture and eggs.

4. 4

   Refrigerate until cool, garnish with a few sprinkles of paprika if desired, and serve.
