Steak With Stewed Potatoes

   Cut the potatoes, bell pepper, and onions into large squares.

   Pour the olive oil into a large pot and once the oil begins to heat up, place the potatoes in and let them cook for 10 minutes.

   Once the the potatoes are lightly cooked, add the bell pepper and onion, add salt and pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes making sure to mix everything continuously.

   Once the potatoes are fully cooked, turn off the stove and set them aside on a plate.

   Grill the beef slices on a large pan ( preferably well done) and once the meat is ready, serve it on a plate with the potatoes, onions, and bell peppers on top.
