1 dash Salt and pepper
1/2 large Onion
2 bunches Mizuna greens
1/4 to 1/3 each Bell peppers, 2 colors
1 clove Garlic
4 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Mirin
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Wasabi

Bring the steak to room temperature.

Slice the onion thinly.

Soak in a bowl of cold water to reduce the harshness, then drain well.

Cut the mizuna into 3 cm pieces.

Cut the bell peppers into half lengthwise, then slice thinly horizontally.

Dry all the vegetables well.

Slice the garlic thinly.

Combine the ingredients in a heatproof container.

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan and cook the beef, together with the sliced garlic.

Cook the beef to your desired degree of doneness!

When the beef is cooked, slice it diagonally 1.5-2cm and transfer to a serving plate.

Microwave the sauce with the garlic for 1 to 1 and a half minutes (1 minute at 700 W, 1 and a half minutes at 500 W; no need to cover in plastic wrap).
