Preheat a skillet to a high heat.

During this time, rub both sides of the meat with salt, pepper and oil.

Then slice cooked steak into thin long strips.

Slice onion in half then thinly slice the halves so that you have half-rings.

Heat a separate skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil.

When hot add onions and cook until golden brown.

To prepare the butter spread, combine butter with crushed garlic and dill in a small bowl.
