Steak Ranchero with Sour Cream

   Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.

   Pour 1/2 cup over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.

   Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

   Heat grill to medium heat.

   Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.

   Grill steak 4 to 6 min.

   Meanwhile, cook remaining salsa mixture and 3 Tbsp.
