1 cup fresh ginger juice
2 cups honey
2 cups soy sauce
2 cups Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups teriyaki sauce
2 cups Chinese duck sauce
½ cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

In a large mixing bowl, add fresh ginger juice, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper; mix well.

Next, while mixing, add the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, duck sauce and Dijon mustard.

Steak must be submerged in marinade and left overnight in refrigerator.

Place each steak on hot grill, about 5 minutes per side.
