Steak and Cheese Quesadilla

   Season and grill steak to desired doneness.

   Remove from the grill and let cool (the tex-mex rub recipe in my profile works really well with this).

   Mix the sauce ingredients and apply to 1/2 of the tortilla shells.

   Add the steak slices and then the shredded cheese.

   Grill over medium heat until the cheese is melted.

   Slice and serve.
