Steak And Beans

   Saute onion and green pepper in Mazola oil.

   Brown the meat after cutting into cubes.

   Pour in red wine after seasoning.

   Let meat stew until tender.

   Open cans of goya red kidney beans and pour into sauteed meat, onions and peppers.

   Serve over big platter of yellow rice.
