Squealer Bacon Burger

   Place bacon in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pans.

   Bake in 350 degrees F-convection oven 3 to 4 min.

   or until partially cooked.

   Remove from pan; drain.

   Cool completely.

   Place in meat grinder or food processor; grind to form paste.

   Mix bacon paste with ground sirloin until well blended.

   Shape into 24 (4-oz.)

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.

    For each serving: Season 1 meat patty with salt and pepper.

    Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
