Spritz Cookies

   Cream the butter and sugar.

   Add egg and mix thoroughly.

   Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.

   Add extract and coloring, if wanted.

   Put through a cookie press and bake in 400u00b0 oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.

   Be careful to watch so cookies don't get too brown.
