2 sweet potatoes spiralize
12 oz chicken shredded
8 dried chilies
1 can black beans, drained rinsed
4 large tomatoes on a vine
1 large onion quatered
3 clove garlic cloves
1 1/2 cup mexi cheese
1 tbsp cumin

Preheat oven 400.Add 8 dried chilies to a pot of boiling water.

Bring to a rolling simmer and cover.

Add tomatoes and cook together for 12 minutes at medium simmer.
