Spinach Quiche

   Cook spinach according to package directions; drain, pressing out excess liquid.

   Set aside. Bake the pie shell for 5 minutes at 425u00b0, then remove from oven and reduce heat to 350u00b0.

   Stir together the spinach, cheese and mushrooms; pour into the pie shell.

   Blend beaten eggs, cream

   and pepper together.

   Pour over spinach mixture and bake at 350u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.

   Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
