Spinach Pizza Puff Pastry

   chopped up spinach then add grated cheese and oregano with seasoning and mix well

   FOR AN OPEN FACE SPINACH PIZZA ,join 2 puff pastry and press firmly at the join

   divide equally spinach on puff pastry and bake it at 180 C for 10 minutes till puff are crispy and spinach wilted and cheese melted

   top with additional curry and chili powder for a more spicy and curry flavour

   ANOTHER OPTION IS FOLDED PIZZA PUFF

   put 1 tbsb onto a puff pastry then fold 4 corner then press firmly

   baked at 180 C for 10 to 20 minutes till puff pastry are crispy and lightly brown
