Use a 9x 12 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt 1 stick of butter.

Brush bottom of dish with melted butter.

Drain and squeeze all excess water from spinach. Put spinach in bowl. Add farina and feta and eggs. Mix well.

Open Phillo and split package in half. Cover half with damp towel on bottom and on top of dough. Work with other half. For initial bottom layer, put 7 pieces of phillo, brushing EACH piece with butter. Add layer of spinach mixture -using half the amount in bowl. Then add 3 pieces of phillo, again brushing each in between with butter. Add remaining spinach mixture and then top layer of phyo -- 5 sheets, buttering each sheet.

Cook for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
