Spinach Pie

   Mix 1 teaspoon salt, sugar, yeast, water, flour and vegetable oil.

   Mix until it turns to dough like fixture.

   Let dough rise for approximately 1 hour.

   Chop spinach and onion.

   Add lemon juice,olive oil, mint, salt.

   Mix until well blended.

   Roll out dough and cut out 5 inch circles.

   Put 1 tablespoon spinach mixture into the middle of each circle and fold up into triangle shape.

   Place on Baking sheet and cook 350 for 15 minutes.
