¼ cup water
12 lb spinach
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chili flakes
½ tablespoon italian seasoning
1 medium onion (liquied in blender)
5 garlic cloves (liquified in the blender)
1 lb ground beef (or pork)
20 slices bacon (each slice cut into 3)

Wash spinach, and blend with 1/4 cup of water (spinach should look like a green smoothie).

Place everything in large bowl, mix until everything is fully green.

Roll into 1 inch balls, and wrap in bacon.

There should be a side that's not covered in bacon, place that facing down on the pan that goes into the oven.

Cook @ 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.

After 40 mins, pick out the largest meatball you can eyeball and cut it open to check how well done it is.
