Spinach Bake

   Slice Spam; cook spinach according to directions, but adding onion; drain.

   In medium bowl, beat eggs with milk, rice and garlic salt.

   Mix spinach with rice mixture.

   With slotted spoon, pat half of mixture evenly into a greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Arrange meat and cheese over spinach mixture.

   Spread remaining mixture evenly over top, pouring liquid over mixture.

   Bake 1 hour at 350u00b0.

   Let stand 10 minutes.
