Ingredients: 180 grams Spaghetti; 2 Salmon fillets (Skin and bones removed and cut into bite sizes); 1/2 bunch Spinach (Boiled and cut into 5 cm pieces); 200 ml Heavy cream; 1 clove Garlic; 1 Olive oil; 2 tbsp Grated cheese; 1 Salt and pepper; 1 Coarsely ground black pepper; 2 tbsp Cooking wine

180 grams Spaghetti
2 Salmon fillets (Skin and bones removed and cut into bite sizes)
1/2 bunch Spinach (Boiled and cut into 5 cm pieces)
200 ml Heavy cream
1 clove Garlic
1 Olive oil
2 tbsp Grated cheese
1 Salt and pepper
1 Coarsely ground black pepper
2 tbsp Cooking wine

Put the salmon pieces in a frying pan coated with olive oil, and fry over low heat until browned.

When browned, add the wine and cook the salmon thoroughly while letting the alcohol evaporate.

Remove from the heat when the salmon is fully cooked.

Add the heavy cream, grated cheese, spinach, garlic, and salt and pepper.

Drain the boiled pasta, add it to the pan from Step 4 while still hot, and cook over medium heat until the cream thickens.
