Ingredients: 1 whole Whole Wheat Pizza Crust, 12-inch Size; 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 6 ounces, weight Fat-free Ricotta Cheese; 1/4 cups Fresh Grated Mozzarella; 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese; 5 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach, Cooked According To Package Instruction; 2 dashes Sea Salt And Ground Pepper; 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper; 6 whole Artichoke Hearts, Chopped; 9 ounces, weight Italian Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, Drained; 1 clove Garlic, Chopped

1 whole Whole Wheat Pizza Crust, 12-inch Size
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 ounces, weight Fat-free Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cups Fresh Grated Mozzarella
1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
5 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach, Cooked According To Package Instruction
2 dashes Sea Salt And Ground Pepper
1- 1/2 Tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
6 whole Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
9 ounces, weight Italian Seasoned Diced Tomatoes, Drained
1 clove Garlic, Chopped

Heat oven to 450 F.

Put your crust (store bought already baked) onto your pizza tray or stone.

Spread olive oil over the crust.

In a medium sized bowl, combine the three cheeses, spinach, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes.

Using a spoon, evenly spread the cheese mixture over the crust.

Add artichoke hearts, more red pepper flakes, tomatoes and garlic.

Add additional salt and pepper if desired.

Bake pizza for about 10-12 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
