Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

   Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise and then cut each half into four wedges.

   Toss the wedges with the oil, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt, and lay the pieces on a baking sheet.

   Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until they're browned on the outside and tender all the way through.
