Spicy Stuffed Peppers – a delicious recipe with Ground beef, peppers, cheese, Butter, Sour cream, Garlic. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Brown the beef and set aside

Slice large peppers in half and remove seeds

Slice onions and jalapenos into thin strips and mix with olive oil.

Dash of salt and pepper to taste.

Put these on the bottom of your baking.

Mix 1/4 cup of Parma cheese with beef and stuff the peppers.

Line these in the pan.

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

While this is baking make your sauce: melt the butter and add in the sour cream.

Add garlic to taste.

Slowing add the remaining cheese.

Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let sit for another 5 minutes.

When peppers are done, place them on a plate and drizzle sauce over the top.
