1/2 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. raisins, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
