1 onion, halved and sliced
½ cup cherries, dried tart
½ cup ketchup
⅓ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
12-1 ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed (or 1/4 to 3/4 teaspoon cayenne)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Place pork and onion in slow cooker.
