Cook vermicelli according to package directions.

Drain well. Set aside.

Meanwhile, in large skillet cook turkey sausage, mushrooms, onions and garlic until sausage is no longer pink and onion is tender.

Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper. Spray 9-inch quiche dish with nonstick spray.

Place half the cooked vermicelli in bottom of dish.

Top with half of Mozzarella cheese and half of sausage mixture.

Repeat layers.

Cover dish loosely with foil.

Bake in 350u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
