1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 slices white bread
2 large eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. chili sauce

Combine first 7 ingredients and set aside.

Remove crusts from bread and cut into cubes.

Combine with eggs and milk and beat at medium speed until smooth.

Stir into meat mixture and shape into six individual loaves.

Roll each in bread crumbs and place in a lightly-greased 9 X 13 pan.

Spread with chili sauce.
