Spicy Meat Loaf

   In mixing bowl, combine egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, chili powder and pepper.

   Add beef; mix well.

   Shape into a loaf in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

   Cook, covered, at Medium-high for 20 to 22 minutes, giving dish a half turn once.

   Drain off excess fat.
