Spicy Hot Grapefruit(Microwave)

   Cut grapefruit in half.

   Using a sharp knife, cut around the edges of the fruit between the flesh and the pith.

   Then cut down between each segment, removing the skin from the flesh.

   Take the core between finger and thumb and pull out, removing the skin. Remove any pits.

   Sprinkle allspice over each grapefruit half. Arrange in circle and cook on High for 3 to 4 minutes until hot.
