a quick wash dry anchovies with runny water then drain

in pan with oil fry dry anchovies for 3 minute till lightly brown and crispy then set aside

2)MAKE THE SPICY SAMBAL COOKED AND READY TO EAT

poung or blend dry chili and candlenut with garlic and shallot

in pan with 1 tbsp of oil fry belachan (prawn paste ) till fragrant then add pound spicy paste for 3 minute then add salt and sugar

add 1 tbsp of tamarind juice mix well then off heat set aside

3)SPICY FRIED ANCHOVIES AND ONION ( SAMBAL IKAN BILIS )

with 1 tbsp of oil fry onion till lightly brown then add fried anchovies

then add 3 TBSP OF cooked spicy sambal sauce and mix well for another one minute top kalamansi juice then off heat
