   Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.

   Add flour and pepper; mix well.

   Gradually stir in half-and-half, sugar and corn.

   Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 3 to 5 min.

   Whisk in cream cheese spread until melted.
