Layer all the Thinly slice carrot ( use the vegetables preler to slice it )on a baking dish then top with the hallibut which season with salt and pepper

On pan melt the butter then add fine chili pepper or sweet papprika and flour then stir vigorously and off heat then pour over the hallibut then drizzle some lemon juice

Spread some tomato paste wit a drizzle of olive oil and bake it at 200C /400F for 20 to 25 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the fish,covering the top with aluminum foil loosely if the top burn too quickly.
