Pre-heat stovetop to medium-high. In a medium saucepan add sugar and water. Stir together to incorporate then bring to a boil. (Do not stir while boiling, it will cause sugar mixture to crystalize.) Once it gets to the boiling stage remove from heat, set aside and let cool.

In an upright blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Depending on the type of popsicles molds you have fill each one up but do not over fill. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4 hour or overnight.

To remove ice pops from the mold insert the entire mold into a cup of hot water for 5-10 seconds. Remove from water and slowly pull on stick to release from mold. Place ice pops onto a cookie sheet and return to freeze for another hour to re-firm & refreeze. After which server and enjoy!
