Spiced Pecans

   Preheat oven to 300u00b0.

   Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well.

   Beat egg white and water with a mixer at medium speed until foamy. Gradually add sweetener mixture, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form; fold in pecan halves.

   Pour pecan mixture onto a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300u00b0 for 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

   Cool completely in pan. Store in an airtight container.
