½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 large sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, sliced

4 cups stock
½ teaspoon cumin

Melt butter in large soup pot.

Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer- 15-20 minutes.

Puree using an immersion blender.
