Spiced Apple Strudel

   Preheat the oven to 375u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Mix the apples, raisins, honey, cinnamon and cardamom in a bowl.

   Layer phyllo dough on a work surface, lightly spraying between sheets with no stick cooking spray. Spray top sheet with cooking spray.

   Spoon apple mixture along the long side, leaving a 2 inch border. Fold in sides; roll up tightly to enclose filling. Place, seam-side down, on prepared pan. Spray lightly with cooking spray.

   Bake for 20 mins or until golden and crisp. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Sprinkle yogurt with additional cinnamon and cardamom. Serve strudel warm with yogurt.
